Saurabh Malpani

Saurabh is a Chartered Accountant and Advocate. He has been with the firm since 2016 and practicing mainly in Taxation and Foreign Trade Policy laws. With an experience of more than 12 years, he now leads the Nagpur office of the firm. He has assisted various clients with GST impact assessment and implementation. He is engaged in advising the clients on tax efficient business models, reviewing tax compliances as well as on various day to day issues in GST. He has also been advising several companies on a variety of issues concerning valuation, classification, exemptions, drawback under customs laws and FTP implications under various export promotion schemes such as Advance Authorisations, EPCG, Duty Drawback, MEIS- SEIS, RoDTEP, EOU, SEZ, etc. Saurabh handles GSTAT matters at the Nagpur and Raipur benches. Saurabh is also an active speaker and has conducted several seminars and workshops on indirect taxes including GST and Customs/FTP.
