He has over a decade of experience in providing bespoke business-oriented solutions to clients on complex legal and regulatory issues across industries such as manufacturing, automotives, chemicals, food, healthcare & pharmaceuticals, services, retail & e-commerce, logistics, technology, media and entertainment. His practice spans general corporate & commercial laws, employment laws, ESG, technology laws and other sector-specific regulatory laws. Paritosh has advised several international business groups and multinational corporations in devising and implementing legal strategies for their India-based businesses. He is known for providing pragmatic guidance on India-entry and exit strategies, joint ventures and collaborations, domestic and cross-border licensing arrangements and devising contractual structures for complex multi-level commercial transactions. Paritosh is also recognised for his expertise in advising clients on legal issues arising out of innova tive technologies and structuring new-age business models. During the course of his career, Paritosh has advised over 200 foreign clients and is now a part of the International Desk at LKS.
