She advises and represents clients in complex, high-stakes disputes before High Courts and specialised tribunals, including the NCLT, NGT, CESTAT and DRT, as well as before governmental and regulatory authorities.

Her commercial and corporate disputes practice covers contractual disputes, shareholder disputes, insolvency, and Tender matters. She has been involved in high-stake commercial matters for clients in the Banking, Construction, Energy, Power Generation, Hospitality, Real Estate, Pharmaceutical and Telecommunication sectors.

She advises and represents businesses on compliance, enforcement actions and litigation involving regulatory authorities, wiith particular experience in environmental law, insurance laws, food safety and standards, data protection, technology & digital regulation, and sector-specific regulatory issues.

Krithika also has extensive experience in indirect tax litigation, particularly GST, service tax and central excise.

Her practice combines dispute strategy with regulatory and commercial insight, enabling her to advise clients both on contentious proceedings and on managing legal and regulatory risk.

She acts for clients across regulated and technology-driven sectors, particularly where disputes involve an intersection of commercial law, regulation, taxation and public law.
