Krithika Jaganathan

Krithika is a practising Advocate with over 6 years of experience in litigation before the regulatory authorities, Tribunals, and High Courts. Krithika also advises clients on disputes under corporate, commercial, and insolvency laws. Krithika has been involved in high-stake commercial matters for clients in the Banking, Construction, Energy, Power Generation, Pharmaceutical and Telecommunication sectors and represented their interests before the Government. Krithika is actively involved in litigation arising under IPR laws and Environmental laws. She has also handled complex litigation matters in service tax, GST, and central excise laws for a multitude of clients including renowned PSUs and MNCs. She currently handles tax and non-tax litigation before various High Courts, NCLT, NGT, CESTAT & DRT.
