Vinay specialises in GST and Service Tax, and regularly appears before the CESTAT and quasi-judicial authorities. He has successfully argued several matters for clients from diverse industries and has several reported judgements to his credit. He is also involved in litigation management for the clients and provides advisory services relating to transaction structuring. Vinay has been serving many leading corporate houses across a range of industries including Banking and Finance, Insurance, Real Estate, Renewal Energy, Media, E-commerce and Technology companies. He is an active speaker at various professional and industrial associations and publishes articles in leading tax journals. He is an all India Rank holder in both ICAI and ICSI examinations.
