Sukriti is an experienced lawyer, with over 12 years of experience in indirect tax litigation. She primarily practices in the areas of Goods and Services Tax (GST), Service Tax, Customs and Central Excise. She has handled several industry-wide tax disputes.
She is actively involved in drafting of replies, appeals, petitions etc. at various stages of litigation, and regularly represents clients before Courts and various departmental authorities across India.
