Sudeshna Banerjee

Sudeshna joined LKS in 2014 and is registered as an Advocate with the Karnataka State Bar Council. She has been a part of Indirect Tax vertical for almost 8 years and has been handling complex litigation in areas of Service Tax, Excise, Customs and GST. She has provided litigation support to a diverse clientele from various sectors such as IT/ITES, Real-Estate, Telecommunication, FMCG, E-commerce etc. She regularly appears and briefs senior counsels before various quasi-judicial and judicial fora such as adjudicating authority, Tribunal and High Courts. Sudeshna has penned various articles discussing niche issues on online tax portals such as, Taxindiaonline, Vatinfoline etc.
