Sriram’s practice includes a mixture of litigation practice in the area of GST, VAT, sales tax, customs, service tax and other indirect taxes as well as advisory practice in the area of indirect taxation. In addition, Sriram also represents companies in matters before the Customs Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal (CESTAT), the Maharashtra Sales Tax Tribunal and various other quasi-judicial authorities. Sriram advises various automotive, consumer electronics, FMCG, pharmaceutical, manufacturing sector and service sector companies on diverse aspects of GST, VAT/sales Tax, service tax and other indirect tax laws.
