Her sectoral expertise spans a diverse range of industries, including IT/ITES, fintech, edtech, artificial intelligence, consumer engagement platforms, transport technology, manufacture, healthcare, pharma and insurance TPAs.
She offers comprehensive and holistic support throughout the transaction lifecycle, starting from the term sheet or letter of intent stage, through legal due diligence, to drafting and negotiation of a broad suite of transaction documents such as share purchase and subscription agreements, shareholders’ agreements, business and asset transfer agreements, debenture subscription and trust deeds, security documentation, and joint venture agreements. Shipra also plays an integral role in transaction execution, including closing and post-closing support.
Beyond transactional work, she routinely advises clients on matters involving FEMA, corporate governance and regulatory compliance, employment and labour laws, and a wide array of commercial contracts.
