Rahul Tangri is an Executive Partner in Indirect tax practice team at Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan.
Rahul is a team leader, heading the Kolkata practice of Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan. Currently, he looks after the consulting as well as litigation assignments in both direct and indirect taxes.
He has provided efficient tax solutions to the Companies in various transaction structuring assignments.
He regularly represents clients before the High Courts of Calcutta, Jharkhand, Patna, Orissa and north-eastern states.
He also represents before Customs Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal, VAT Tribunals, Revision authorities and other departmental authorities and is well versed with the procedures of litigation.
