Raghavan Ramabadran adopts a solution-driven approach and advises and assists clients on all aspects of tax and allied laws from legal, accounting and business perspectives.
He has been extensively involved in handling litigation before various High Courts and Tribunals.
He has also led teams in conducting tax compliance reviews and GST Implementation studies for many Navratna companies and Fortune 500 companies. His focussed and methodical approach combined with his knowledge and rich exposure to the issues of manufacturers, traders and service providers particularly in automotive, telecommunication, finance & insurance, energy, FMCG, information technology sectors enables him to provide viable and holistic solutions, which are tax efficient.
He advises clients on GST preparedness and efficient handling of litigation matters and also represents them before High Courts and various Tribunals.
He also advises and represents clients before various quasi-judicial bodies in complex tax matters.
He has also handled sensitive arbitration matters and cases relating to Black Money Act.
He is a prolific speaker and regularly delivers lectures on various topics relating to indirect taxes.
