Payal Nahar has been part of the litigation practice of the firm since 2013.
She is currently a Partner with the GST Litigation Team. She also has vast experience in Central Excise litigation as well as Service Tax Litigation.
She represents various automotive, pharmaceutical, telecom, FMCG, real estate, fertilizer sector among others on diverse aspects of GST, Excise, Service Tax before the Tribunals and quasi-judicial authorities. She is in providing support to clients on issues related to taxability, classification, exemption, valuation, input tax credit and other related issues under GST.
