Mr. R Nambirajan heads the Mumbai Indirect Group at the firm. He oversees both litigation and consulting assignments and has been the go-to adviser for several manufacturing and servicing companies in India.
As an experienced litigator for more than 30 years, he has successfully argued several cases before Supreme Court, High Court and Customs, Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal (CESTAT) and before various tax authorities throughout the country. He guides members of trade and industry through lectures in seminars and workshops.
