Manish Jain

Manish's practice includes a mixture of litigation practice in the area of Customs, Excise and Foreign Trade Policy (FTP) before the Tribunals and quasi-judicial authorities and advisory practice in the area of tax. Manish is a member of the Bar Council of Delhi. Manish has particular experience in Customs, FTP and GST. He has been advising several companies on a variety of issues having GST and FTP implications such as export promotion schemes namely Advance Authorisations, EPCG, Duty Drawback, MEIS- SEIS EOU, SEZ etc. The clients include a variety of companies from across a range of industries including several technology and services companies.
