Karthik Nair is an Associate Partner in indirect tax practice at LKS Kochi.
Karthik S. Nair has handled various advisory/consulting projects and litigation matters at various fora including the High Courts, Tribunal and Departmental authorities at various locations in Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, etc. The primary focus of his practice is Customs & FTP, GST and allied laws.
Karthik has worked previously with the customs litigation and consulting team of Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan at Chennai during 2012-15. Thereafter he was engaged in independent litigation practice in tax and non-tax (civil) laws till the time he rejoined LKS at Kochi in 2019.
