Covering the applicability of the Central Rules and the key regulatory changes, this Update by the LKS Employment Law Team also notes that notification of State Rules is pivotal for full implementation of the Labour Codes.
The Team lists the key priority areas for the employers till the State Rules are notified and advises them to proactively focus on preparedness and compliance. According to the Team, early assessment and alignment in the specified areas will be critical in mitigating compliance risks and enabling a smoother transition as the new labour law regime takes effect across jurisdictions.
