Srinivasan is Director in IPR practice team of Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan.
<p>Srinivasan heads the Prosecution team. He is responsible for filing and prosecuting patent applications in India and worldwide. He handles patent work in both organic and inorganic chemistry, with particular expertise in the pharmaceuticals field. He has many years of experience in drafting and prosecution of patent applications in India and foreign countries, including PCT, US & European patent applications. He advises clients about the best strategy for filing and prosecuting patent applications in India and abroad. He is also experienced in opposition proceedings, as well as freedom-to-operate studies. He has wide experience in R&D, Quality Control and manufacturing departments of a leading automotive tyre and tube manufacturing company. He is also qualified as an Internal Auditor and is involved in implementing ISO 9000 Quality System.</p>
