Srabonee has 20 years of experience in representing multinational companies, private equity funds, strategic corporate clients, Indian companies and their promoters in acquisitions, private equity investments, joint ventures, business transfers, financial & technical collaborations, franchising arrangements, and corporate commercial transactions. She has rendered commercial, legal and strategic advice to them on various aspects of the transactions and provided overall support including regulatory and other matters. She also advises clients on general corporate matters such as foreign direct investments & exchange controls regulations, entry strategies, company laws, pharma laws, data protection & privacy laws and employment laws.
She has represented domestic and international clients across various sectors and industries, such as, manufacturing, pharma and healthcare (including hospitals, medical devices, nutraceuticals, health-tech), automotive components (including for electric vehicles), chemicals, logistics, hospitality, fintech, internet and cable service providers, IT/ITes companies and other service providers.
