Satya Sai has been working in Indirect Tax Practice area since October 2010. He is presently part of advisory team. He is a seasoned professional in the arena of indirect taxes. He advises various clients on tax structuring of complex business models and assists them in handling day-to-day indirect challenges. He has been actively involved in execution of indirect tax Strategic Analysis and Compliance Reviews of various Multi-National Corporations. He has hands on experience in handling matters relating to highly contentious ‘Anti-Profiteering’ under GST law. Satya Sai has advised various clients in the crucial stages of investigations initiated by revenue intelligence agencies like DRI, DGGI, etc. He also represents clients before Central and State revenue authorities and Advance Ruling Authorities. He has been a speaker and panellist at various fora such as CII, IBL, etc, and has authored various articles published on various platforms.
