Priyanka has an over 10 years of litigation and consulting experience in indirect tax, which includes the erstwhile service tax law and presently the Goods & Services Tax (GST) law.

She has dealt with clients from various sectors such as telecom companies, pharmaceutical companies, IT industry, education sector, logistics sector, construction companies, manufacturers, power generation companies, cement manufacturing industry and Public Sector Undertakings.

Priyanka has worked on various issues such as taxability, valuation, Input tax credit eligibility, eligibility under exemption notifications, refund claims, etc. under GST law.

She has also advised various clients on transitional issues before implementation of GST.
