Nirav is involved in drafting of opinions, replies to show cause notices, appeals, write petition, and representation before CBEC. He is also giving advisory services mainly in the area of Goods and Services Tax (GST).
He has also undertaken Tax Compliance Reviews (‘TCRs’) for various clients (manufacturing sector) in the area of Central Excise and has been instrumental in transition into GST regime. Further, Nirav has also conducted / undertaken TCRs under GST regime for many renowned manufacturing clients.
Nirav has conducted many webinars [virtual as well as in person] for many clients, business groups, associations, etc in area of GST and assisted many large association and business group in filing of representation before the CBIC / Central Government.
He has also represented clients before various judicial authorities for Central Excise and VAT/CST.
Nirav is also representing clients before Advance Ruling Authorities under GST for many clients.
Nirav also specialize in area of classification of ‘’goods’’ under Customs Tariff Act, 1975 and its applicable rate of Tax under GST. Nirav has also undertaken many projects for carrying out classification of goods [input side as well as output side] for many big business houses.
