Manish Singh Bhadauria is an Associate Partner in the Intellectual Property Rights practice of the firm.
Manish’s experience in the field of intellectual property rights spans over a decade and has gone from strength to strength in acquiring expertise and skills in IP law.
He has intensive hands-on experience of working on and driving patent projects and leads a team of registered agents for drafting, filing, and prosecution of patent applications.
Manish is well-versed in drafting and prosecution of applications for inventions in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Related Implementations (CRIs), telecommunication, electronics and electrical engineering, biomedical devices, and mechanical engineering.
He regularly represents clients before the Indian Patent Office for the hearings with an excellent success rate. Manish is also well-versed in the prosecution process of Foreign Applications. In addition, Manish assists Partners in portfolio management, including IP strategy formulation and realization by adopting innovative technology-enabled service models to provide high-quality and high-value services to clients.
He also conducts IP training sessions with clients.

- Manish is a mechanical engineer and a registered Indian patent agent. He also holds an LL.B. degree.
