Madhura is part of the Customs Litigation team at Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan, Mumbai.
Madhura has been regularly representing clients before the quasi-judicial and judicial bodies including the Tribunal (CESTAT).
She has experience of over 7 years in the area of Indirect taxes with special focus on Customs, Foreign Trade Policy and Anti-Dumping Duty.
She has been serving clients from various sectors including Telecommunication, IT & Electronics, Medical and Pharmaceuticals, on indirect tax controversies.
Madhura is a practicing advocate and a member of the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa.
