In his career spanning over 7 years, Jayesh has handled a wide range of indirect tax matters, primarily, pertaining to the Goods and Services Tax (GST). He has assisted various clients with GST impact assessment and implementation and is also involved in drafting opinions, replies to show cause notices, appeals etc. and giving advisory services on issues such as taxability, classification, exemption and credit optimization strategy. He has also undertaken Tax Compliance Reviews for various clients and represented clients before judicial authorities. Jayesh has advised clients in various sectors, including Pharmaceuticals, FMCG, Automobile, Real Estate and Infrastructure. He is a regular speaker in various seminars/webinars for many clients, business groups, associations, etc. in area of GST, and has assisted associations and business groups in filing representation before the CBIC / Central Government.
