Dinesh Babu Eedi has over 15 years of experience in handling corporate, commercial and insolvency matters at courts of first instance, civil courts, high court, appellate courts, tribunals and in arbitrations. Dinesh has represented several corporate clients in Information technology sector, infrastructure, seeds, finance and investment sectors, defend and enforce their contractual rights in litigation. Dinesh regularly appears before the High Court of Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, National Company Law Tribunals, Civil Courts, and other tribunals. His litigation experience includes drafting of necessary pleadings, providing of advisory related services, representing the clients before the Hon’ble courts/tribunals in relation to mergers, demergers, commercial disputes, bankruptcy/winding up, management disputes, cheque bounce matters etc. He has also appeared before criminal courts in matters under various criminal laws and Economic Offences. In addition to the litigation, Dinesh is also providing advisory on regulatory compliances, structuring commercial transactions, conducting due diligence of companies, immovable properties and audit on compliances of labour legislations. He also drafts and review various transaction documents, legal opinions and agreements on various commercial matters.
