Archana Viswanathan

Archana deals with drafting and prosecution of patent applications. She has assisted litigation team on Indian pre-grant/post grant opposition matters and revocation matters. Also, she has successfully argued matters before the Controllers at the Patent Office.

She works closely with foreign associates on Opposition proceedings related to various jurisdictions and handles foreign prosecution work for Indian Clients.

Prior joining to LKS, Archana was working in drug synthesis department of Jubilant Chemistry, where she focused on synthesis of active pharmaceutical ingredients.
