Apeksha has advised clients on a wide range of indirect tax matters since inception of the Goods and Services Tax (GST) law in India. She has assisted various clients with GST impact assessment and implementation. She is regularly engaged in advising clients on indirect tax planning and advisory, reviewing tax compliances, due diligence, classification as well as on various day to day issues under GST law.

She has assisted clients on GST related queries relating to setting up and conducting business in the Gift City- International Financial Services Centre (IFSC). She has analyzed various state industrial incentive policies and Haryana Electric Vehicle Policy 2022. 

She has also assisted businesses in navigating regulatory aspects such as FEMA and legal metrology. 

She has numerous publications on a wide range of topics in indirect taxes to her name and regularly speaks in webinars on various indirect tax issues. She is a regular speaker at the Life insurance Council. 

She is a lawyer and Company secretary by profession. She has worked with a Big 4 Accounting firm for two years prior to joining Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan in 2016.
