Anupam is part of our corporate practice group and has represented wide array of clients ranging from private equity funds, VC funds to Indian businesses and multi-national companies on investment transactions, M&A transactions, joint venture arrangements, business transfers and synergistic collaborations. He has provided end-to-end support to clients on such transactions from being involved at the term sheet negotiation stage to finalization of documentation and assistance on compliance related aspects. He has also assisted clients in successfully exiting from their investments in portfolio companies. As part of the corporate practice, Anupam also regularly advises clients on general corporate matters and related documentation including assistance with respect to technology license and transfer arrangements, corporate governance matters, employment related issues and advisory on inbound and outbound transactions.
